As we are expanding rapidly, we are seeking suitable candidates to fulfil the responsibilities below:

Responsibilities:

    Perform merchandise planning, control & documentation.
    To ensure order is feasible, and to co-ordinate all details required and carry out the order successfully.
    To administer product specifications, and ensure on time delivery.
    To control price alteration & monitor of inventory turnover level.
    To conduct competitors survey - merchandise assortment, pricing, layout, display way & promotions.
    Assist in generating all types of merchandising reports
    Support in executing various merchandising functions including stock consolidation, logistic coordination, intake processing and promotion setup
    Liaise with operations team on brand knowledge, product information, customer feedback, etc
    Negotiating prices and orders with suppliers / distributor and delivery terms
    Tracking the delivery of stock, ensuring goods arrive on time and meet quality standards
     Monitoring product sales activities and adjusting stock levels

Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Fashion Designing or equivalent.
    At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing and/or Fashion is required for this position.
    Knowledge in Fashion is essential.
    Must be proficient in English. Knowledge in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
     Full time position based in Johor Bahru.
    Must be a team player and able to work with all levels of management.
